Cars are insured under CTP.
The lessee bears full financial responsibility and insurance indemnity if at the time of damage he was in a state of alcoholic, narcotic, toxic intoxication, as well as under the influence of drugs contraindicated in driving, or the transfer of control to a person not specified in the contract. In case the car was stolen with documents and keys, the renter also bears full financial responsibility.
